I don’t get the idea why people immediately think that when they see someone with cuts on their arm, it means that they already want to die.

Like, what kind of brain do you have? Is it that narrow to think like that?

Give those people a break. Talking behind their back won’t help them get though it even when you show up your face to them and extend your ‘concern’. They can see through you, you don’t even need to pretend.
